Rosa International Group, (RIG) meets or exceeds the training requirements of their competitors. For example, competitors require their new hires to complete a total of 24 training hours prior to being on the job. RIG acknowledges the value to clients and new hires in extending required new hire training hours to a total of 48 training hours.
RIGs new hire training program consisting of a 48-hour training course is summarized into three categories. The initial new hire is required to attend 16 hours of classroom training that must be completed immediately upon hire. An additional 8 hours of First-Aid and CPR class room training must then be completed prior to site assignment training. And then an additional 24 hours of on the job training must be completed within the first 30 days of employment.
RIGs training programs are developed from state guidelines and incorporate the requirements necessary to ensure that all RIG security officers are armed with the proper tools to perform their duties.
The Field Training portion of the course requires an average of 12 hours of additional performance-based training and is designed to be taught primarily in a field setting. Under the guidance ofthe Site Security Supervisor/Manager, Field Supervisor or Regional Manager the trainee is given the opportunity to apply the skills learned in the classroom training in an actual field setting. The field training portion of the course must be completed within thirty days following the supervisor's promotion.

The Management Classroom Training course requires an average of 12 hours of training that encompasses ten major topic areas and is designed to be taught primarily in a classroom setting.
